This policy explains how Optima Care Billing (“we,” “us,” or “our”) handles personal information collected through optimacarebilling.com and related communications, such as when you fill out a form, email us, or call us.
This policy covers website visitors and prospective clients. It does not cover protected health information (PHI) we handle while providing billing services to healthcare providers. Please don’t submit patient information through our website forms. If you do, we’ll handle it securely and limit its use, but web forms aren’t the right channel for PHI.

We may also send you information about our services if you’ve asked us to or if it’s related to a request you made. You can opt out of marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link or by contacting us.

Our contact and free audit forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to tell real visitors apart from automated spam.
